iTi Performance Motorsports customer Taylor Atchinson is what we would call a avid Polaris rider. About the end of the 2009 year Taylor purchased a new 2010 Polaris RZR-S from StarIsland Motorsports and proceeded to bring it directly to iTi Performance Motorsports for a general make over.

Taylor told us that he would be driving the vehicle on the edge and did not want failures that would ruin his weekend at Glamis. The team at iTi went to work on his vehicle and put together a package that would increase the reliability, improve the handling and the performance of his RZR-S

We started off with adding our Billet Style Race Hubs and for increased handling and stability we put on a set of our RZR-S Sway Bar kits front and rear. With the drive line and suspension componets added the team went to work on the preformance of this vehicle.

Our performance group added the iTI Performance package to this vehicle. This included the iTi Performance Exhaust System, our Clutch weight and spring kit and the popular iTi Performance ECU controller. With this performance group added this vehilce was able to reach top speeds above 70 MPH.

To enhance the look of this vehicle we added the popular iTi Perfromance Motorsports RZR Door set with the 2010 White graphics. This kit includes the doors and the powdercoated panels with the black stripe kit that really dresses up the overall apperance of the vehicle. We then added a triple view rear panel mirror and for safety sake we installed a set of Simpson five point seat belts. We aslo added the Maire top, VisionX light Bar, Lone Start front bumper and polaris tool bag rounds out the vehicle.

Taylor went out to the dunes and needless to say was impressed with the overall performance of his vehicle. Taylors friend took these pictures to share with us.

If you are looking to improve your RZRor RZR-S just take a look through our web store or feel free to give us a call and we will be glad to assist you in your needs.

Saturday night at Perris Auto Speedway the pits were full and the excitement level was high. Thirty nine cars came to race in what was to surely be a great night of USAC/CRA Sprint Car Racing.

Â

David Cardey decided he still had unfinished business from last months race at the PAS when his drive for the win came up about three feet short. With determination in his eyes David started the evening out by qualifying his iTi Performance powered, Viper Chassis 5- Bar, Eibach Springs, Hoosier Tire, K&N Filters, Empire Plumbing, Circle Track Performance, and Racers Pub sprinter with 6th quick time.

Â

Starting the heat race in the 4th row David moved toward the front to run down the leader in his heat race. Finishing a close second in the heat, David and the crew of his #38 sprinter began preparing the car for the main.

Â

Starting the race in the third row inside David began to move forward at the drop of the green flag. Within a few laps David had moved into second and set sights on the leader. David drove past Josh Ford to take the lead only to have the yellow come out and place him back into second for the restart. At the drop of the green flag, David drove to the bottom in turn one and held his line to power off the corner to take the lead. David car was dominant to say the least. Opening a lead of almost a half of a lap, David set his sights on the victory. With 4 laps remaining, the yellow came out in turn four. This allowed Blake Miller to erase the huge lead David had. On the restart, David held his lead. With one lap to go David was passed on the back straight by Blake Miller for the lead. The white flag came out and David was running second, down the back straight and into turn three David took his Viper Chassis to the bottom and got back to the gas to power his way to the lead and take the win.

Â

This was David’s second straight podium finish with his iTi Performance powered, Viper Chassis sprinter. The victory moved David into second place in the USAC/CRA points only 16 points out of first.

Â

iTi Performance Motorsports would also like to congratulate Cory Kruseman for setting fast time in his iTi Performance powered, Viper Chassis. This is the second weekend in a row for Cory setting fast time since taking delivery of his new 5-Bar Viper Chassis from iTi Performance Motorsports. Cory even after being involved in an accident was able to drive back to claim a 10th place finish.

Â

Congratulations David, Cory and their teams on a great weekend of racing.

Steve’s primary concern was the safety of the vehicle for his family. He then decided he would like to add an light bar, shocks and tires and wheels. iTi Performance Motorsports went to work. We started with building him a new roll cage. We added an extra side bar, recessed light bar, custom canvas top and whip antenna mount. Twisted Stitch was the selected supplies for the black carbon fiber seat covers with red pins. Cerullo was selected for the seat belts and Simpson for the custom leg nets. Rigid was selected for the LED light bar. The suspension was also in need of an update. Works Shocks was selected for the new shock package and Eibach for the springs. iTi Performance Motorsports added their Sway Bar to the rear and their new iTi/SpinTech exhaust to the engine. Final touches were a set of 14″ beadlock wheels with swamper tires all around. Steve was very pleased with his ride and is excited to take the family out on their Ranger Crew.
